Application Process
Step 1: Written Application
Submit a comprehensive application including your resume, transcripts, and responses to our essay questions. The essays allow us to understand your motivations, experiences, and potential contributions to our community.
Step 2: First Round Interview
Selected candidates participate in a 30-minute interview with current members. This conversation focuses on your background, interests, and fit with our organization's values.
Step 3: Final Round Interview
Finalists engage in a more comprehensive interview process, including a case study exercise and discussions with multiple members and leadership team representatives.
Step 4: Decision & Onboarding
Successful candidates receive offers and begin our comprehensive onboarding process, including orientation sessions, mentorship matching, and integration into ongoing projects.
