Our educational program is designed to provide progressive skill development through our hierarchical structure, from Training Class through Partnership Committee. Members advance based on performance, commitment, and demonstrated analytical capabilities.
Training Class Program
- Two-day finance and investment bootcamp
- Weekly educational meetings (85% attendance required)
- Semester-long stock trading game participation
- Final interview and stock pitch presentation
Associate Development
- Investment research and analysis
- Contribution to stock pitches and reports
- Support for senior associates and principals
- Ongoing education in valuation techniques
Advanced Responsibilities
- Sector specialization and research leadership
- Risk management and portfolio oversight
- Mentorship of junior members
- Investment committee decision-making
Partnership with Brown Endowment
All capital raised for investment activities is processed through the Brown University endowment. Members work directly with endowment professionals to understand institutional investment management and contribute to real portfolio decisions under university oversight.
